100% corn / 96 proof / 375ml
A gin with an unusual blend of ingredients. Distilled with the required juniper, but also coriander, cinnamon and ginger. Lime peel was added at the end for a little freshness.
Aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 7 years. A unique gin for the connoisseur. Play with it in traditional gin cocktails like a Bee’s Knees but easy to sip over ice on its own.
