Distilled from Oregon Pinot Noir / 100 proof / 750ml
A collaboration project with Jamal Hassan. It’s a unique spirit distilled from Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Syrian Anise seed that captures and combines the spirit and terroir of the Northwest and the Middle East. This special bottling received the royal treatment and was rested in an amphora from Andrew Beckham of Novum Ceramics for over a year.
